Meet the Founders Behind AssistWell

We’re a team of three co-founders from the University of St. Gallen, combining strategy, tech, and sales to build solutions that make everyday processes more efficient - in healthcare, fintech and beyond.

• Fabian Wüest is the strategist. Pursuing a PhD in accounting and a sharp eye for systems, he ensures our business model is scalable, our processes are solid, and we always think two steps ahead.

• Philipp John is the builder. With a background in computer science and real-world startup experience, he’s the one who turns ideas into working software - fast, secure, and always with the user in mind.

• Raffaello Erculiani is the sales engine. He brings our product to the people - from B2B partnerships to public sector talks. If someone needs to be convinced why AssistWell matters, he's the guy.

We started in healthcare - tackling outdated systems in outpatient care. But AssistWell is more than that. We’re building tech that helps professionals focus on what matters by simplifying the rest. Whether it's scheduling, documentation, or coordination, we turn chaos into clarity.
